Andreas Sandlund – Diamond No: 1

Beschreibung

Andreas Sandlund lebt in Stockholm, Schweden und ist bereits seit Jahren im Musikbusiness tätig. Er arbeitete bisher vor allem als Keyboard Spieler und Backup Saäner mit verschiedensten Interpreten zusammen.
Andreas findet sich in den verschiedensten Musikstilen hervorragend zurecht und war unter anderem schon an Pop, Gospel und Jazz Produktionen beteiligt.
Nach vielen Jahren als aktiver Musiker und Songwriter veröffentlicht Andreas Sandlund nun mit „Diamond no 1“ sein erstes Soloalbum.

Andreas Sandlund: „This record is something I needed to do. The process of doing it was quite long and lasted a few years. At the beginning I didn’t even know whether the songs would be released or spread in any way. I believe that was important.
It made it become something that was truly me and not something that I had to do to please anyone or anything. The lyrics are dealing with issues of life like love, relationships and faith. Many of the songs talk about the presence of God and about wanting to know him more. I think of the songs as prayers.“
